For the high capacity HELIXORTER tilt-tray sorter this has resulted in a design with increased sorting accuracy and lower maintenance requirements for even higher availability.
HELIXORTER is the only system of its kind that offers a highly robust, integrated closed deck with no additional deck covers, ensuring excellent conveyability. This unique, patented design prevents problems experienced with conventional tilt tray sorters in which irregular or smaller baggage items can become trapped in open parts of the system.
The HELIXORTER controls identify the position of a bag on a tray and the tilting action of each tray is controlled individually to ensure more precise sorting to the right destination. This improves sorting accuracy and therefore reduces the number of mis-sorts and jams.
The HELIXORTER is the most eco-efficient of its kind. This translates to:
