In the 1st phase an automated material handling system including tote and pallet conveyor as well as a rotastore order buffer was installed in existing buildings.  

In the 2nd phase a dynamic picksystem was introduced to cope with the changed order patterns. With this picksystem, equiped with Pick-to-Light modules and dynamic pick locations replenished by two on top of each other moving miniloads, a 25 % productity improvement as been achieved.
