The High Capacity Diverter (HCD) comprises of a robust divert blade making an optimal curve by sliding over the pivot point. High capacity baggage sorting is therefore possible with minimal impact on the baggage items. The HCD is installed at one side, next to the conveyor, resulting in:
- Easy replacement of existing pusher systems
- Minimal baggage jams thanks to allowance for narrow transition plates
- Easy maintenance
- Maintained baggage orientation after sorting
- 45° reverse merge, parallel divert & perpendicular output
- Compatible with existing and planned BHS
- Divert blade is able to remain deployed to ensure transfer of baggage
- Capacity 60 BPM
