Item picking systems
Item picking, also known as piece picking or broken/split case picking, is suitable when you ship individual small items with limited shipping volume from your facility. Our item picking systems are enabled by VISION, a single integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the effective handling of the entire warehouse process, from goods receiving, right up to shipping to the store or customer.
Compact Picking System (CPS)
The Compact Picking System (CPS) is an ideal system for slow-moving products in retail and wholesale warehouses and distribution centres. It is also beneficial for distribution centres handling parts & components and automotive products, which face a large product range and very high service-level requirements. The heart of CPS is the PICK@EASE ergonomic order picking workstation.

Zone picking (ZPS)
Zone Picking is an order picking concept which
can be used for a wide range of applications.
The picking area is divided into pick zones and
operators are assigned to a specific zone. Once
picking in a zone is complete the order tote/carton
travels via a conveyor system to the next zone. Zone
picking can be supported by RF, pick-to-light and
pick-by-voice.

Batch picking/multi-order picking
If you have a very large range of SKUs and a high
throughput volume, you can benefit from batch
picking or multi-order picking. In a batch picking system
(BPS) orders are grouped into batches and an operator picks
all the orders within the batch in one pick action. After
order picking, the goods are sorted by order or shipping
destination. This enables a high order picking performance
and a zero defect operation.

Order Distribution System (ODS)
Our Order Distribution System (ODS) is a goods-
to-man system for business processes where a
large number of order lines are fulfilled from
relatively low numbers of articles. Totes or cartons
are transported to operators who distribute goods
into order totes controlled by put-to-light displays.
This effective concept has proven itself in mail
order, care and non-food.
