Vanderlande Industries to supply postal sorting systems to Korea Post, South Korea

Order for CROSSORTER systems marks first success out of eight tenders planned for coming years. Veghel (Netherlands) – Vanderlande Industries (automated material handling systems), together with its Korean partner Daesung, has been awarded the contract to supply two of its CROSSORTER parcel and postal sorting systems to Korea Post in South Korea.

Veghel – Vanderlande Industries has been awarded the contract for a new baggage handling system as part of the new Terminal D at Kiev Boryspil International Airport. The total value for the contract for Vanderlande Industries is approximately EUR 9.6 million.

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport awards contract for new baggage handling system to Vanderlande Industries and IBM

Vanderlande Industries and IBM have signed a contract for a new baggage handling system at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The new baggage handling system, known as “The Backbone”, is part of the airport’s 70 MB programme to increase capacity to 70 million bags in the future. Contract value for Vanderlande is 84 million Euros.
