Business Process Intelligence (BPI)

The Business Process Intelligence (BPI) tool gives you insight into the actual performance of your warehouse management and logistics processes. BPI was developed by Vanderlande Industries to improve control of logistics processes, based on measurements of key process parameters such as throughput rates and system utilisation.

BPI extracts essential data from the existing control systems and builds a structured database. Data is stored to allow trend analyses and reporting. The available BPI data allows a range of reports to be created, for example on:

As well as reporting, BPI can also send an early warning to the customer and/or to Vanderlande Industries if operating parameters fall outside the defined range. We have also developed a dashboard to display (near-)real-time information on your logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
