Best Employers typically score better than other organisations on essential aspects and the winners also score highly in areas such as organisational pride, use of talented employees, providing opportunities to perform optimally, and showing appreciation to staff.
“This three-star rating is particularly special to us, because it tells us directly what our employees think about working for our company,” says Vanderlande’s CHRO Annewieke van der Zee. “We are also delighted that we have been given an average score of 8.1, which is even better than the 8.0 from last year.
