About Susanne Schouten
Susanne Schouten is an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of what true ‘value’ means in diverse contexts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Innovation Management from the Eindhoven University of Technology, Susanne has built a career rooted in forward-thinking solutions. She began in IT and Supply Chain management, where she was a driving force behind strategic improvement programs that prepared organizations for the challenges of tomorrow.
Today, as Solution Manager for Warehousing at Vanderlande, Susanne is at the forefront of driving growth and excellence of warehouse automation solutions for the Food segment. She expertly navigates market dynamics, anticipates customer needs, and crafts product roadmaps that resonate with the market’s future needs. With her passion for forging meaningful customer relationships and a strong belief in the power of creativity to unlock unexpected possibilities, she aims to elevate value creation to new heights.

Michelle discusses recent customer cases and explains how she works closely with the customer’s project team to connect the benefits of FASTPICK to their automated process.
About Michelle Borm
Michelle Borm is a technical conceptual thinker who effortlessly links logistical challenges to innovative technical solutions. She holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is specialized in System Engineering/Manufacturing Networks from Eindhoven University of Technology. She joined Vanderlande in 2016 and has helped numerous General Merchandise & Fashion customers with their logistical automation projects over the past eight years. First as a Sales Engineer and now as a Sales Consultant.
Michelle listens between the lines, understands customers and their logistical challenges and connects with them. She is an in-depth technical solutions expert and responsible for the design of complex logistics automation systems. In close collaboration with customers, Michelle maps processes and identifies the precise automation need, in order to create a perfectly fitting system design.
