With VarioStore Flex, we offer a highly flexible and space-saving, world-first solution for daily early baggage handling. Our innovative early bag store (EBS) employs robotics to store luggage in mobile racks and reintegrate them into the main conveyor line. Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) move racks to predefined locations. In addition, the intelligent system design allows direct access to single bags, significantly improving baggage handling efficiency.

VarioStore Flex enables easy extension and configuration, adapting individually to your facility and building layout. It is ideal for smaller spaces, lower ceiling heights, and areas with other structural and operational restrictions. The flexible EBS can be used with both individual carrier systems (ICS) and belt conveyors. Thanks to the latest technologies, the solution optimizes resource usage, such as energy and material, supporting your sustainable operations.
