This solution will seamlessly integrate with a facility’s smalls sorter, and rapidly consolidate items in a way that requires less manual labour than alternative options. In addition, the compact and ingenious design of this new product makes smart use of existing space because it fits neatly under the sorter. The result is extra automation to increase parcel depot efficiency – but on the same footprint.

This is just the latest innovation developed by Vanderlande to help manage contemporary challenges in the parcel sector. Last year, the company launched a product called Auto Induct, a state-of-the-art robotic singulator for small parcels. The solution is now being tested at an operational facility in collaboration with a leading parcel company.
