ADAPTO BAGSTORE

How can your airport handle the ever-growing volume of bags within a limited footprint while also preparing for future growth? Our unique shuttle-based automated system, ADAPTO BAGSTORE, is the answer you’re looking for.

Maximum flexibility comes as standard with ADAPTO BAGSTORE. The system incorporates a racking structure combined with an integrated track where the shuttles make their multidirectional moves.

ADAPTO BAGSTORE can be used to facilitate all types of batching processes – from compressed to early builds. Its extremely high redundancy and throughput capacities allow bags to be “pulled” out as required, and make extremely efficient use of their cells to prepare them for flights.

This is a highly cost-effective solution – and the modular design makes the best and most efficient use of the existing floor space and infrastructure. New racking and shuttles can be added when needed, making scalability an easy option. This all adds up to ADAPTO BAGSTORE being a seamless fit for your airport’s future growth ambitions.

It also makes use of RF tags in our TUBTRAX ICS carriers for tracking and tracing, which ensure the constant availability of each bag. It is also a sustainable option because the system’s intelligent power management, low moving mass and decreased dependence on conveyors come together to reduce energy consumption.

This solution integrates perfectly with BAGFLOW, our end-to-end approach to baggage automation.
