POSISORTER for irregulars

The POSISORTER is renowned for sorting regular-sized and -shaped packages. However, with a few modifications, it can also be used for irregular items that cannot be handled by other sorting systems.

Due to the gradual nature of the process – and the controlled acceleration – it is possible to sort a wide range of packages. These include carpet rolls, car tires and other odd-shaped or unstable items.

The degree of conveyability is directly linked to the required capacity of the POSISORTER. This means that the more irregular packages can be handled when the capacity is lower.

The POSISORTER can also be integrated into the overall system, in which the risk of product jams or damage is minimized at every transition point. This delivers a risk-free operation with the required buffering when used in combination with specially designed outputs.
