The Shopping Awards is an annual prestigious competition in which the best webshops in the Netherlands are announced. This year, Vanderlande’s new Spare Parts Webshop was nominated for the B2B Award. A jury of B2B experts awarded Vanderlande with 3rd place.
The jury was impressed by our solution which incorporates all B2B challenges, particularly the way we successfully reach a high customer intimacy by accommodating our customers’ business processes:
It goes without saying that this success is a team effort. We are grateful to everyone who has worked on the webshop project for the past two years, as well as all our colleagues in the spare parts department, the IT department, and the customer centers. We thank them for their support and feedback.
We would also like to thank our customers who have provided us with valuable input. Without their input, the webshop would not be what it is today. Of course we will continue to develop the webshop in the future, as we always strive for excellence!
