TUBTRAX

Let us introduce you to TUBTRAX – the market-leading individual carrier system (ICS) for fast and high-volume baggage transport that works seamlessly with your screening, storage and final sortation systems.

TUBTRAX includes a choice of (early) bag store options, which complement the system’s operation with fast bulk or individual storage, retrieval and batch-building capabilities. In combination with our ADAPTO BAGSTORE solution and VIBES software, TUBTRAX optimises the stream of different bag priorities in the most efficient way. This helps you to reduce operational costs and improve performance.

Installing TUBTRAX delivers:

  • high-capacity and high-speed baggage handling
  • high levels of reliability and availability
  • no requirement for unloading before screening
  • short installation and commissioning times
  • safe operation and easy maintenance
  • future-proof scalability
  • and low energy consumption.

The system also facilitates 100% tracking and tracing of individual bags using an RFID in each carrier to minimise the number of mishandled bags.

This innovation has been put into operation in airports around the globe, including Oslo, London Heathrow, Amsterdam Schiphol, Vancouver, Jeddah (King Abdulaziz) and Istanbul.
