Collection and use of personal data

Vanderlande collects personal information about its customers, business relations, employees, social media followers and website visitors. With a few exceptions, this information is limited to the types of information that can be found on a business card: first name; last name; job title; employer name; work address; work email; and work phone number. We use this information to provide the required information to the right customer contacts, as well as other parties related to our goods and services.
We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of Vanderlande services.

If you are curious about what Vanderlande could do for you, please contact Vanderlande (head office) or a local branch in another country. This can be done by telephone or via the online contact form on the Websites.
Online contact form 
If you request Vanderlande to provide information, make contact or schedule an appointment with you, you will need to provide at least the following personal data via the online contact form in order for this request to be processed:
  • company
  • first and last name
  • email address.
Depending on your request or question, you may also be asked to provide the following personal data:
  • role
  • telephone number (if you wish for Vanderlande to call you).

Additional information about the products and solutions that Vanderlande provides in various areas can be downloaded via the Websites. In order to download this information, you will need to provide at least the following personal data via the online download form:
  • company
  • first and last name
  • email address
  • industry/sector.
This data is collected so that we can gain insight into the interest in certain products and solutions of Vanderlande and contact you (if necessary).
Email newsletter
If you wish to receive Vanderlande’s free email newsletter, you will need to provide at least the following personal data:
  • company
  • first and last name
  • email address
  • area of interest.
This data will be used to send you the free email newsletter and contact you (if necessary).
When you are visiting Vanderlande: 
- CCTV Vanderlande processes your personal data with greatest care, based upon the legal ground ‘legitimate interest’ because we care about your safety at our Veghel Campus and our properties. Data will be stored for 4 weeks. Signs at our campus will notify you regarding CCTV.
- ANPR Cars and motorbikes of employees and visitors will be subjected to Automatic Number Plate Registration (ANPR) to provide safety and a smooth logistic process based upon the legal ground ‘legitimate interest’. These data will be stored for 24 hrs. 
- Visitor registration For your safety in case of calamities and to make you feel at home during your visit we register some additional data of you like: 
  • licence plate, 
  • the names of the people that accompany you 
  • the exact time of arrival/departure. 
We only keep this data available for the day of your visit.
