Steerable Wheel Module

In the market for a versatile sortation system to redirect and align material flows between conveyors? Then look no further than our Steerable Wheel Module (SWM). This solution can easily handle cartons, totes, trays, crates, shrink wrapped items, tins and cans, and sacks and bags.

Compared to rival solutions – such as belt transfers – the SWM delivers higher transfer rates. In addition, products can be redirected quickly by altering the angle of the carrier wheels in relation to the main carrier flow.

Our SWM also offers:

  • bidirectional sorting, merging and transfer between two conveyors
  • one-level operations, so no pop-up mechanism is required
  • and easy servicing thanks to the use of exchangeable modules.
